我喜欢溏心蛋,无论是煎的,水波的,溏心的,当然还有卤的。

我就很喜欢卤的溏心蛋,味道棒吃不腻的那种!

日式卤蛋用料

黄天鹅鸡蛋(最好用可生食鸡蛋) 10味噌60毫升酱油200毫升水600毫升盐30克米酒30毫升

日式卤蛋的做法步骤

步骤1

鸡蛋在气室戳一个小孔,放入冷水中,锅内加入10片水鸡蛋,加入30g盐,促进蛋白质凝固。

水烧开后,中火5.5分钟(5-6.5分钟味道不同)
