康熙帝精通西方科学，为何不在清朝推广，反而“囚禁”科学

在中国历史上，如果说有哪一位皇帝堪称是中国历史中对西方科学最感兴趣的，恐怕康熙帝要排在第一位，他不仅曾经系统的学习过西方的天文历法还有物理数学等内容。但是令人感到奇怪的是，虽然康熙帝自己学习西方科学技术非常的认真，但是却根本没有任何推广的想法，即便他组织人去学习西方的知识，但是对于培养一批优秀的科学家却毫无建树。
